Parent University on Online Safety


WHS Families, 
We know that our students are able to demonstrate significant growth and achievement when their parents are equipped to support them throughout the learning process. As such, at the request of the WHS School Improvement Council, we are launching our 2021 Parent University Series. The topics for this spring are as follows:
Online Safety - How to keep your child purposeful and positive with their digital experiences. 
College & Career Readiness - How do calculate GPA's, monitor grades, and access. vital college and career information. 
Finishing the Year Redhawk STRONG - How to navigate the end of the year and ensure positive progress in all classes.
Graduation and Preventing the Summer Slide - Getting ready for commencement and structuring the summer for positive learning experiences.

Our goal is to reach 250 families each session so we can work in partnership to improve the lives of our students and prepare them for a lifetime of success.
