Upcoming Board of Trustees Meetings for March
The Richland Two Board of Trustees will convene multiple meetings throughout March 2026. All school board meetings are recorded and streamed live, and videos of previous meetings can be viewed on the district’s YouTube page. All meetings will be held at R2i2, located at 763 Fashion Drive, Columbia, 29229.
Public Input Session and Board Meeting Tuesday, March 10, 2026
The Richland Two Board of Trustees is holding budget input sessions to give employees, parents, students and community members the opportunity to provide suggestions for the FY 2026-2027 General Fund Budget.
The public input session will be the first item on the agenda of the board meeting on March 10, and will begin at 5 p.m.
The regular meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the board will immediately adjourn into executive session. Public session will resume at 6:30 p.m. The meeting agenda will be posted to BoardDocs at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Public Participation is on the agenda for the March 10 meeting. Comments may be received from any Richland Two student, employee, parent/legal guardian, resident, property owner, business owner, or Richland County elected official. All persons who wish to comment during Public Participation must complete the online sign-up form. The form is accessible on the district’s website at www.richland2.org/PublicParticipation. For individuals who wish to sign up at the meeting, a device will be available as well as QR codes for using mobile devices to access the form. Sign-up closes at 6 p.m.
Safety and Security Committee Meeting Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
The Safety and Security Committee Meeting will be called to order at 9:00 a.m. The meeting agenda will be posted to BoardDocs no later than 24 hours before the meeting. The Safety and Security Committee Meeting will be held via Zoom.
Maintenance and Facility Committee Meeting Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
The Maintenance and Facility Committee Meeting will be called to order at 2:00 p.m. The meeting agenda will be posted to BoardDocs no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The Maintenance and Facility Committee Meeting will be held via Zoom.
