Dr Scott approved the language that was included in the policy but requested that the committee check with Dr. Marshalynn Franklin for the correct wording. Mrs. Morrison stated that she had a conversation with Dr. Franklin and Mrs. Karla Hawkins, General Counsel regarding the policy. They reviewed and provided feedback regarding the language and the key implementation rules around performance indicators. This will be added into the board brief for this week. Upon hearing that, Dr. Elkins-Scott approved the language

Discussion: 6.1 Program Visits: Kershaw County(Continuous Learning Center), Lexington 2(New Bridge Program) Dr. Scott would like to attend these visits but asked the committee to schedule them at least 2 weeks after Spring Break. Preferably, she would like to schedule these visits during morning hours.

Action: 7.1 Feedback and Notes from the visits to the Continuous Learning Center and the New Bridge Academy Dr. Scott approved these agenda items and requested the next Alternative Pathways Committee Meeting be schedule after the visits.
