Home Schooling

Option One allows the parents to home school their children under the auspices of a school district, if approved by the board of trustees (complete the entire homeschool application). If you are new to Richland Two, include two proofs of residency with your application in addition to parent/guardian proof of high school diploma or GED certificate.  A verification letter will be sent to your zoned school upon approval. The Richland Two Homeschool designee will send the documentation to the school’s registrar.

Under Option Two, parents may homeschool their children with the support of the South Carolina Association of Independent Home Schools (complete the Homeschool Notification Form).
