Military Families PCSing into Richland Two
To participate in the Choice program in Richland School District Two, families must be residents of the district and provide proof of residency.
Families who are pending a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) into Richland School District Two may be allowed to receive an exception to apply for the Choice program prior to moving into the district. In these cases, families must contact the Richland School District Two Registrar’s Office to submit the required documentation and obtain approval to participate in Choice prior to moving into the district.

- Military PCS orders
- Proof that you will be a resident within Richland School District Two upon move
