Accessible Parking
The Richland 2 Performing Arts Center offers designated handicap-accessible parking spaces conveniently located near the main entrance. This entrance is situated at the north corner of the building, which will be on your right-hand side as you approach.
Accessible Tickets
The Richland 2 Performing Arts Center offers wheelchair-accessible and handicap-friendly seating within the theater. While we can guarantee one companion seat per accessible ticket, we will make every effort to accommodate your entire party whenever possible. Accessible Entrance
Wheelchair access is available at the main entrance, orchestra-level entrances, and the balcony. An elevator is located on the house-left side of the theater, adjacent to the restrooms, to provide access to all levels.\
Accessible Restrooms
All men’s and women’s restrooms at the Richland 2 Performing Arts Center are wheelchair accessible. Facilities are conveniently located throughout the main lobby and upstairs in the art gallery. Additionally, all backstage restrooms for performers are fully accessible to individuals using wheelchairs.
Service Animals / Guide Dogs
At the Richland 2 Performing Arts Center, only service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are permitted inside our venues. This includes guide, signal, or other service animals that provide essential support. All service animals must remain leashed or harnessed at all times while in the building.
To help us ensure the best possible experience, please inform the PAC Box Office of any service animal needs at the time of ticket purchase.
ALS Devices
The Richland 2 Performing Arts Center is equipped with a Williams Assisted Listening System (ALS) to support guests with hearing needs. Patrons are encouraged to connect to the system using their own compatible devices for maximum convenience and comfort.
If a personal connection is not possible, listening devices with headphones are available upon request. Please speak with any staff member for assistance before the performance begins.
