Welcome to R2 Innovates! We are a district initiative whose purpose is to encourage design thinking, to foster creativity through collaboration and to bring amazing ideas to life.

Are you an educator who wants to make a difference in the lives of students and who has a great idea that needs nurturing? If you've ever had a great idea but put it aside because you weren't sure that you would have the support to make the dream a reality, our Innovation Incubator might be the place for you.

Perhaps you're an administrator or teacher who wants to work on a particular challenge. We're looking for teams to dig into problems and put solutions into action for the benefit of students, faculty and families. We offer numerous types of design experiences to encourage your passions and insights.
