Background Check
All employees must complete a background check before starting work. A Richland Two Criminal Background Authorization form is required to initiate your background check.
An Employment Services Specialist completes the background check, which includes a national background and Sex Offender Registry search and an SLED report.
Applicants are notified electronically regarding the completion of their background check.

Orientation
Welcome!
All newly hired employees are required to attend an orientation session to learn about benefits, policies, employee resources, and more!
After a successful background check and completion of the required new hire documents, an Employment Services Specialist will contact you to schedule new hire orientation.

Benefits
A benefits specialist will speak to new hires during orientation sessions. You can also refer to the benefits landing page for more information.
Required Training Modules (Vector Solutions)
Vector training is required for all newly hired employees. Refresher training for all employees is required annually.
Please wait until you receive the invitation from Vector Training in your Richland Two email address before attempting to complete Vector Training. Please do not attempt to log in or begin the training using a personal email address.
