Background Check

All employees must complete a background check before starting work.  A Richland Two Criminal Background Authorization form is required to initiate your background check.

An Employment Services Specialist completes the background check, which includes a national background and Sex Offender Registry search and an SLED report.

Applicants are notified electronically regarding the completion of their background check.

New Hire Documents

New hire forms must be completed online via your application portal before attending new hire orientation.  You will receive an email with links to all required documents. Please use the links provided to locate, review, and complete required forms.

Orientation

All newly hired employees are required to attend an orientation session to learn about benefits, policies, employee resources, and more!

After a successful background check and completion of the required new hire documents, an Employment Services Specialist will contact you to schedule new hire orientation.
