The Employee Relations Division is committed to building a respectful, supportive, and inclusive workplace for all district employees. As a part of Human Resources, we help foster positive relationships across the organization by promoting clear communication, fair processes, and a shared understanding of workplace expectations.

What We Do

Policy Guidance & Compliance
We help develop and interpret workplace policies aligned with local, state, and federal laws to ensure fair and consistent practices across the district. -
Employee Support & Conflict Resolution
We provide confidential support for employees navigating workplace challenges, including conflict resolution, grievances, and interpersonal concerns. -
Performance Management
We assist supervisors with performance improvement strategies, including the development of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) that support employee growth and accountability. -
Investigations & Corrective Action
We conduct thorough and impartial investigations into workplace complaints, misconduct allegations, and policy violations to ensure appropriate and fair outcomes. -
ADA Accommodations
We manage employee requests for reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ensuring a fair and compliant process. -
Employee Engagement & Retention
We work to strengthen employee engagement and retention by gathering feedback, supporting a positive work culture, and identifying opportunities for improvement. -
Training & Development
We offer training for staff and leaders in areas such as conflict resolution, communication, and policy awareness to help build stronger teams and healthier work environments.
