Induction
Every first-year Richland Two educator is matched with a district-level Induction, Instructional Coach who will serve as their guide throughout the year. From classroom visits with personalized feedback to targeted professional development, lesson planning support, and effective classroom management strategies, coaches are there every step of the way. The focus is on growth, encouragement, and celebrating daily wins—helping new educators build confidence and start their journey on a strong foundation.
New To Two Conference
The conference provides all employees with an engaging introduction to the district, offering opportunities to build connections with colleagues across schools and departments. Participants will meet district specialists who share valuable resources and guidance to support their work. The sessions also include time with district leaders, ensuring employees feel welcomed and aligned with the district’s mission and goals. Teachers holding a professional certificate may receive renewal credits for their participation and attendance.
