Richland Two Gold Card: Your Pass to Stay Connected
From Friday night lights to award-winning performances, Richland Two’s Gold Card program opens the door to meaningful experiences for senior citizens and retirees.
At Richland Two, learning, connection, and community don't end at graduation. Our Gold Card program invites senior citizens and retirees to continue enjoying the many opportunities our schools have to offer—from cheering on student-athletes and attending award-winning performances to participating in lifelong learning.
Gold Cards are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Richland Two District Office at R2i2, located at 763 Fashion Drive, Columbia, SC 29229.
Residents of Richland Two who are 60 years of age or older and all retirees of Richland Two are eligible to receive a Gold Card. Proof of residence is required, and cards do not expire.
As a Gold Card holder, you'll enjoy:
- Free admission to Richland Two concerts, plays, art shows, and other school-sponsored events.
- Free admission to all regular-season Richland Two athletic events (excluding playoff games and tournaments).
- Discounts on adult education courses; and
- The opportunity to enjoy breakfast and lunch in any Richland Two school cafeteria at the regular adult meal price (currently $3.75 breakfast and $6.25 lunch – cash only).
