Spears Creek Road Child Development and Clemson Road Child Development have combined to form the Richland School District Two Child Development Program. Starting in the 2015–2016 school year, the program will offer needs-based, tuition-free 4-year-old child development classes. Students qualify for the program based on free- or reduced-priced meal status, developmental readiness and other risk factors. Children must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2015.
