- The R2i2 Conference Center is closed on Sundays and all district holidays. It will also close during inclement weather.

What time can I enter the building for my event?
- You may enter the building at 7:00 AM on the day of your event to set up. If you require more time, please contact the conference center staff for day-before rental pricing.

What happens if I'm late for my scheduled appointment?
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you reschedule.
