Purpose and Objectives
The OBJECTIVES of the Polo Road Elementary Parent Teacher Organization shall be:
- To promote the welfare of youth in the school, home, and community
- To develop between home, school and the general public such united efforts as will secure for every student the highest advantages in physical, mental, social, and academic education.
Box Tops for Education: The PTO is asking all families to collect and turn in Box Tops. All Box Tops should be cut out and taped or glued to the Box Top collection sheets that were sent home with the students. If you need additional collection sheets, you can download them
here.
PTO Meetings
Attending PTO meetings provides the perfect opportunity for Explorer Families to stay informed and involved. All meetings will be announced and parents are welcome to participate.
The Polo Road Expedition Book Club is designed to honor students and teachers on their special days. The Book Club serves as a way for families to donate books to our media center for special occasions such as birthdays, holidays, celebrations of special accomplishments, or in honor or recognition of a special teacher.
