Polo Road Elementary is a school committed to excellence. We endeavor to immerse our students in innovative, engaging, and intellectually challenging learning experiences. What time does school begin?
Instruction begins at 8:00 A.M. for all students in grades K-5.
At what time is my child considered tardy?
The tardy bell rings at 8:10 A.M. each morning.
At what time will my child be dismissed?
Students are dismissed beginning at 2:50 P.M. each day.
What are the school's normal office hours?
Someone is available to assist you via telephone or in person between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
What is the school's mascot and the school's colors?
The school mascot is the Explorer and the official school colors are Navy, Carolina Blue, and White.
