SCHOOLS WIN 15 STATE COMMUNICATIONS AWARDS

Three schools in Richland School District Two have received awards from the South Carolina Chapter of the National School Public Relations Association (SC/NSPRA). Bridge Creek Medical, Engineering, and Discovery (MED) through Arts Magnet School won three awards, Summit Parkway Middle School won one award and Ridge View Arts Innovation for Medical Sciences Magnet School won 11 awards.
SC/NSPRA celebrated 138 programs and projects from across the state during the annual Rewards for Excellence awards ceremony on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, via a virtual ceremony “aired” on YouTube. This program recognizes outstanding communications and public relations efforts by South Carolina schools, school districts, and education agencies and associations.
Richland Two schools were recognized in several categories, including Excellence in Writing, Infographic, Marketing, Newsletter, Photography, Social Media, Special Purpose, Video and Golden Achievement. The winners are as follows:
