Richland Two Board Meeting and Workshop Scheduled for September 26

COLUMBIA, S.C. — The Richland School District Two Board of Trustees will hold a workshop in public session on from 5-6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, prior to the start of the regularly scheduled board meeting.

The workshop will take place at the Richland Two Institute of Innovation (R2i2), located at 763 Fashion Drive, Columbia, 29229.

During the workshop, the Board will receive an update on the Richland Two Facility Programming Study being conducted by the architect team of Perkins & Will and Quackenbush Associates. Following the update, the team will ask for feedback from the board. The programming study will provide the district with guidelines for designing new facilities and updating current facilities to meet future educational needs.

COLUMBIA, S.C. — The Richland School District Two Board of Trustees will hold a regularly scheduled board meeting on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.

At 6 p.m., the board will convene in executive session to student expulsions, appeals and readmission requests, personnel recommendations, releases and in-district transfers and pending litigation. Public session will resume at 7 p.m.
