Richland Two Architectural Selection Committee to meet

The Richland School District Two Architectural Selection Committee will meet on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, to "short list" the selection of architects for the 2018 Bond Referendum projects (Phase One).

The meeting is at 9 a.m., in the executive boardroom at the Richland Two Institute of Innovation (R2i2). R2i2 is located at 763 Fashion Drive, Columbia, 29229.

The Architectural Selection Committee consists of Will Anderson, executive director of operations & logistics; Ed Watson, director of new construction; Will Simon, director of planning; and John Clayton, consultant for the district.

Agenda for the meeting:

Call to Order; Quorum
Approval of Agenda
Executive Session for the purpose of discussions of negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements with responding firms and possible receipt of legal advice where the legal advice relates to proposed contracts with the firms and is subject to the attorney-client privilege
Open Session – Decision (if any) Pursuant to Procurement Code
Adjournment

Once final selections are made, the contracts will only be awarded if the bond referendum passes on November 6.
