RICHLAND TWO EDUCATION FOUNDATION HOSTS ORDER OF THE FLAME CEREMONY

The Richland Two Education Foundation is hosting its fourth annual Order of the Flame Gala on Thursday, November 10 at 6 p.m. at the Richland Two Institute of Innovation Conference Center, located at 763 Fashion Drive, Columbia, SC.  Established in 2018, the Order of the Flame recognizes graduates, former employees and friends of Richland School District Two who have enriched the lives of others through their contributions of time, talent or resources. 

• Michelle Eisenreich, a Spring Valley High School graduate and two-time Oscar winner. Eisenreich is well known in the film industry for visual effects.  
• Barbara Grossberg, a former social worker in Richland Two and strong advocate for having social workers in every school in the district.  
• Catherine Lempisis, a former track coach at Spring Valley and Ridge View High schools. She and her student-athletes have won numerous state and national awards. 
• Dr. Louis Lynn, President and Founder of Enviro AgScience, Inc. Dr. Lynn, who is now retired, mentored hundreds of Richland Two students giving them work opportunities at his landscaping and construction company.   
• The late Dr. Jim Price, a former Richland Two principal and school board member. His wife will accept his award posthumously.
