RICHLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT TWO BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO HOLD EMERGENCY MEETING ON JANUARY 13, 2021

The Richland School District Two Board of Trustees announced at the Jan. 12 regularly scheduled meeting that they will hold an emergency meeting on January 13, 2021, at 6 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to have an urgent discussion regarding whether or not the district should extend eLearning for all students beyond January 15, 2021, as originally announced by the district in December.

The circumstances for the emergency meeting stem from the need to provide urgent input to the superintendent and district leaders in order to give parents as much notice as possible regarding any changes to the original date for resuming in-person instruction.

The following is the agenda for the meeting:

1. Call to Order
2. Approval of Agenda
3. New Business — No Action Requested

Urgent discussion regarding possibly extending eLearning for all students beyond January 15, 2021

4. Adjournment

The meeting will be held using the “Zoom” online meeting platform. The public will be able to view the meeting at http://www.richland2.org/livestream.
