Free Tax Prep at W.R. Rogers

Free tax preparation help is here. The Richland Two W.R. Rogers Adult, Continuing & Technology Education Center is once again partnering with SC Thrive to offer free tax services. Eligible Richland Two employees and community members can meet with a tax professional and have their 2018 taxes filed at no cost on Tuesday, Feb. 19 and Thursday, Feb. 21 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Individual tax filers making $65,000 or less is eligible. If married filing jointly, your adjusted gross income must be $95,000 or less. Appointments are required. Gather and bring with you the following documents:

Last year’s tax return
All W-2s, 1099 and 1098 forms
A government issued ID
Social Security Number(s)
Any income and healthcare coverage information
The routing and bank account number for direct deposit, if applicable.
