Construction Management Selection Committee to meet

The Richland School District Two Construction Management Committee will meet on Monday, December 10, 2018, to short list the selection of construction management at-risk firms for 2018 Bond Referendum projects.

The meeting is at 9 a.m., in the executive boardroom at the Richland Two Institute of Innovation (R2i2). R2i2 is located at 763 Fashion Drive, Columbia, 29229.

The Construction Management Selection Committee consists of Dr. Baron R. Davis, superintendent; Dr. Harry Miley, chief financial officer; Will Anderson, executive director of operations & logistics; John Clayton, incoming director of new construction; Will Simon, director of planning; and Ed Watson, outgoing director of new construction.

Agenda for the meeting:

1.   Call to Order; Quorum

2.   Approval of Agenda

3.   Executive Session for the purpose of discussions of negotiations incident to proposed contractual arrangements with responding firms and possible receipt of legal advice where the legal advice relates to proposed contracts with the firms and is subject to the attorney-client privilege

4.   Open Session – Decision (if any) Pursuant to Procurement Code

5.   Adjournment
