The North Springs' Design Center was created based on the research that has driven the Richland Two Story and framework. We wanted a place where students could go and design, explore, research, and build the projects, presentations, and products that their teachers are challenging them to accomplish. The Design Center is a place where students will find resources, materials, and technology that every classroom may not have. The design of the room is flexible so that students have multiple surfaces in which to do their work. Students have the freedom to try new things, explore their passions, and create and design products that are meaningful and valuable to them as a student.
