Prospective Employee

The Richland School District Two team are leaders in the field of education. We are proud to share that our programs have been the model for countless schools and districts across the country. With our focus on our Core Values: Learning, Character, Community and Joy, Richland Two teachers, administrators and support staff create the sparks for students' learning and achievement. At more than 28,000 students, we are the largest and fastest growing school district in the Midlands of South Carolina.

We believe students benefit from the purposeful integration of technology into their learning spaces. Our 1Two1 computing program provides for a personal computing device for all students grades three through 12. We believe that families should have options for learning and offer numerous and rigorous magnet program options.

We are proud that so many of our employees are former students and honored that educators and professionals aspire to join the Richland Two family. We are the school district of choice for families and dedicated professionals. Our employees recognize that education is a calling and each possesses a passion for improving the lives of our students.
