You have the option to choose either basic dental or dental plus coverage. Dental plus has a higher allowed amount for services than the basic dental plan.

Employees choose from three options that allow you save on eligible medical and dependent care costs with tax exempt payroll deducted money.

You can enroll in coverage up to $500,000 as well as dependent life spouse and or child optional life insurance. 

You are automatically enrolled in Basic Long Term Disability at no cost if you enroll in health insurance. Eligible active employees may elect more coverage for additional protection by enroll in supplemental Long Term Disability. 

Supplemental Long Term Disability provides financial assistance if the employee becomes disabled. Employees are offered %65 of their pre-disability base salary up to $8000 monthly.  

Richland Two employees choose from one of three plans through BlueCross BlueShield to meet your needs. Coverage for other family members is available.

This coverage also includes benefits for 29 specified disease diagnosis other than cancer. Benefits are paid directly to you to do anything you wish; help pay treatment and physician’s costs, help pay deductibles, or daily living costs – there are no restrictions as to how you spend your payment. Critical Illness

At Allstate Benefits, we believe in helping you get the care that you need from the medical provider that you want. That’s why our Critical Illness Insurance pays you or a covered family member a lump-sum benefit if you receive a covered diagnosis, like heart attack, stroke, certain cancers, and more. We pay you at the time of your diagnosis, whether you receive further treatment or not. And the choice is yours as to how spend your payment – there are no restrictions.

TrustMark

Universal Life & Universal LifeEvents® Insurance

These plans combine permanent life insurance and benefits for long-term care services. You can choose a higher death benefit that reduces later in life (Universal LifeEvents) or a death benefit that never reduces (Universal Life).
 

Hospital StayPay Insurance

This benefit pays cash straight to you when you’re admitted to the hospital (payable once per covered person per year). That cash can help cover your out-of-pocket costs.

Accident Insurance 

Trustmark Accident pays cash benefits straight to you, for both off-the-job injuries and many of the services used to treat them.

Disability Insurance
