Military Families Residing on Fort Jackson

Families with school-aged children in Pre K–sixth-grade residing on Fort Jackson attend Department of Defense Education Activity schools on the installation. Families living on the installation with school-aged youth from grades seven –12 will attend Richland District Two schools. Students in grades seven and eight will attend Dent Middle School and students in grades nine–12 will attend Richland Northeast High School. ​

Non-Military Families Residing on Fort Jackson

Non-military families with school-aged children in K​–sixth-grade residing on Fort Jackson may attend school in Richland Two. The students will be allowed to attend Forest Lake Elementary, Dent Middle and Richland Northeast High schools. Transportation will be the responsibility of the parents. Note: Pre-K students are eligible to apply for Pre-K programs in Richland Two.
