Application Steps

1. Click here to view a recorded parent information session and complete the survey (REQUIRED)
2. Complete the online application at www.richland2.org/CFCD/applyto4k
3. Contact zoned school and set up an appointment
4. Once application is complete, CFCD will contact the applicant to schedule screening appointment and to collect proof of income

Required Documents

Originals Only Birth certificate (Long form)
Immunization certificate (Most recent)
Three proofs of residence (Lease/mortgage and two utility bills)
