Who We Are
Our mission is to support all schools and centers in providing students with the tools and experiences necessary to prepare them for academic excellence. We assist and support schools in providing a safe, orderly environment where all students have the opportunity to achieve academic excellence.
The Administrative Services Department administers the following services:
- Adult and Continuing Education
- Athletics
- Extra Curricular Activities
- Student Services (Student discipline and alternative school placements)
What We Do
Athletics and Extra Curricular Activities
In support of district schools and in conjunction with the S.C. High School League, Richland School District Two offers a varied program of athletics and extra curricular activities through the Administrative Services Department.
Student Services
The mission of student services is to assist and support schools in providing a safe, orderly environment where all students have the opportunity to achieve academic excellence. Our responsibilities include: student discipline, student suspensions, student expulsions, alternative school referrals, and student re-admittance following expulsion.
W.R. Rogers Adult, Continuing & Technology Education Center
The district’s Lifelong Learning Program offers a variety of educational opportunities for adults 18 years and older. In addition to the diploma, GED preparation and basic education classes are offered. The Lifelong Learning Program provides family literacy classes, computer instruction, English-as-a-Second Language and special interest classes.
