Have you tried Richland Two's Mobile app?

To set up notifications via the app:

  1. Log into the app (Don't have a username or password? Email info@richland2.org).

  2. Go to Settings (the gear shift on the third page of the app)

  3. Click "Configure alerts."

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. There, you will see "Cafeteria balance" and "Balance Threshold."

  5. Tap the slide bar by "Cafeteria balance" to turn on this notification.

  6. Select "Balance Threshold" to set amount under which you want to be notified. For example, if you select $10, then you will get a notification when your student's lunch balance drops below $10.

To make payments:

  1. Log into the app (Don't have a Blackboard username? Email info@richland2.org).

  2. Click on the "Student Fees" icon.

  3. Log into Parent Portal via the app.

  4. In the top right hand corner, click the black arrow that points to the right. After clicking the arrow, a drop down menu will appear.

  5. Scroll to the end of the drop down menu and click on "Student Fees."

  6. On this page, select your student's name.

  7. After selecting your students name, select "Add Money" under the lunch card section.

  8. Type the amount of money you wish to add to the account and select "Pay Lunch Card Only."

  9. Scroll over to the top right hand corner of the page and select "Checkout."

  10. Enter your payment information and click "Submit payment."

Please note that the district no longer uses MySchoolBucks. Also, to help offset a portion of the cost incurred for transactions, there is a .50 cent fee for each online transaction through the PowerSchool/Parent Portal app and through the Parent Portal website.
