On behalf of the faculty and staff, I would like to welcome all parents and students to a wonderful and exciting school year at Killian, LTD. This year we will continue to focus on building positive life-long school and community relations. In addition, we will continue to provide a quality education to all of the students who enter our doors. However, as always, you play an integral part in the education process! Therefore, we encourage each and every parent/guardian to become a part of our community of learners. The following are examples of how you can help improve the achievement of our students at Killian, LTD:
- Support your child’s teachers
- Attend all Parent Teacher Conferences
- Check on your child’s progress regularly
- Set high expectations for academics and behavior
- Encourage your child’s participation in school organizations
- Visit the school and know your child’s teachers
- Volunteer to help in the classroom
- Join the PTO
We know that this year will be the best year ever at Killian. With your help and support our children in the Killian community will have the tools necessary to continue building a legacy of excellence!
