Manages district, state and federal accountability systems and conducts internal evaluations on academic programs and department performance.
Administration
Provides students the counseling, health, social work and mental health services needed for academic excellence.
Business Services
Oversees all business aspects of the school district related to facilities, finances, accounts and payroll.
Community Relations and Partnerships
Manages business and community partnerships and volunteer programs, assists schools with marketing and grants development, coordinates district-wide ceremonies and directs the distribution of community fliers.
Food Services
Provides high quality, nutritionally sound, food service programs which support student life-long learning.
Human Resources
Oversees all matters relating to employment including applications, announcements, salaries and benefits.
Information Technology
Leverages new and innovative technologies to support district educational goals.
Planning
Strategically plans for facility space and the proper student/teacher ratio per facility so students can experience their maximum academic potential.
Public Information
Utilizes effective communication paths to keep internal and external stakeholders regularly and thoroughly informed of district issues.
Transportation
Operates 103 buses on 610 routes to provide transportation for more than 10,000 students each school day.
